We are pleased to announce we have a new form for improvement ideas to be shared/discussed and collaborations formed via the Clinical Research Network  West Midlands (CRN WM) Quality Improvement Team (QI), to reduce duplication and for improvement impacts to have a wider reach across the region.

This has been something that the Network has been thinking about for a while: how can we try and work better with our Partner Organisations (POs) and facilitate working together across organisations. 

We decided to try and simplify things and go back to basics (always the best choice!). The form is designed to help POs to share their improvement ideas and if they want to collaborate, to specify who they would like to collaborate with. CRN West Midlands can always help you find collaborators. The Network QI team will inform the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Link to start improvement discussions/meetings.

These ideas are automatically collated on a restricted view spreadsheet,  where the QI team can filter/theme ideas then offer support to the person who submitted the improvement idea.

Once the improvement has been completed, final reports and an impact story will be created and shared with the wider West Midlands region.
