TRIUMPH-1 is a new clinical research study for people with excess weight. The study will test how safe and well an investigational medicine (a medicine being studied) works for weight management. 

The SYNCHRONIZE™-CVOT Trial is testing an investigational medication to see whether it is safe and if it has any effect on the heart, blood vessels, and/or body weight. We plan to enrol a wide variety of participants. This is because medications may affect people differently based on their age, sex, gender, and race/ethnicity

This Pan-European pilot study compares Decentralised Clinical Trial (DCT) and hybrid approaches to conventional clinical trial approaches in patients with type 2 diabetes treated with a long-lasting insulin, called Toujeo®.

This study aims to find out if the treatment of type 1 diabetes is better with a new device called Omnipod® 5 compared to injections. The Omnipod® 5 is a tubeless insulin pump, also called a Pod, which delivers insulin constantly through a tiny plastic tube that sits under the skin. Pods are controlled by an app on a study-provided phone. It takes information from a blood sugar sensor called FreeStyle Libre 2 to adjust insulin delivery and keep your sugars in the healthy range.

This study uses the FreeStyle Libre 3 Flash Continuous Glucose Monitoring System and is for people with type 2 diabetes who manage their blood sugar levels using long-acting, background insulin and other glucose-lowering medications, including drugs known as SGLT2 inhibitors or GLP-1RA. This study will help us to learn more about using continuous glucose monitoring systems in people with type 2 diabetes.

The study, REDEFINE 3, is looking at a combination of two medicines. REDEFINE 3 is needed to help us understand how effective these two medicines are for reducing cardiovascular events, such as heart attacks and stroke. This study is funded and sponsored by Novo Nordisk.
