Poole practice achieve first global

The Adam Practice in Poole has recruited the first global patient into a study exploring a new class of medicines that target the biology of ageing to prevent or treat ageing-related diseases.

Dr Patrick Moore, GP and CRN Wessex specialty lead, said: “Following all the hard work and efforts of the team, we are very pleased to have achieved a first global patient. We feel the UK is a great place to conduct clinical research and we are glad to help showcase this.”
