Collecting and storing your data

Purpose

By signing up to the Let's talk research mailing list, I give my consent for the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Clinical Research Network (CRN) Wessex and Mailchimp to collect and store my name and contact information for the purpose of distributing regular updates containing news, events and research opportunities.

This data will be processed with my consent.

Storing your data

Your name and contact information will be stored within Mailchimp unless you choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by contacting comms.crnwessex@nihr.ac.uk or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all email communications issued by CRN Wessex via Mailchimp.

CRN Wessex will not share your data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), however the services that we use to process this data, including Google Apps for Business and Mailchimp, may use servers which are located in other countries.

In these cases, the provider’s terms of use or the contract we hold with them will include the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent language to the same effect.
